No. We treat tarot as a tool for self-reflection and entertainment. A reading offers a new perspective on your question — it does not predict a fixed future or make decisions for you.
How does the free Daily Card work?
You can draw one Daily Card per day, no account needed. The day resets at 00:00 UTC. If you come back later the same day, you will see the same card.
How are the cards chosen?
The full 78-card deck is shuffled at random for every reading. Each card can appear upright or reversed. You pick your cards from the shuffled deck.
Do I need an account?
No. You can draw a Daily Card and complete a reading as a guest. Creating an account lets you keep all your readings and orders in one place.
How do I receive my reading?
Instantly on screen. Every reading also gets its own private link, and if you have an account it is saved there automatically. See our Delivery Policy.
How much does it cost?
The Daily Card is free. Readings are one-time purchases from $2.99, or you can subscribe — Monthly $9.99 or Yearly $79.99 — for 3 readings a week. New members get a 7-day free trial. See Pricing.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, in one click in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then simply ends. We remind you 3 days before every renewal.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in the cases described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy — for example, if your reading was not delivered.
Can I give a reading as a gift?
Yes. Choose a reading or a gift certificate ($19.99, $49.99 or $99.99). The recipient gets an email with a code on the date you choose.
Is my question private?
Your question is optional. If you write one, it is stored encrypted, used only to prepare your reading and deleted after 90 days. It is never sold or shared. See our Privacy Policy.
Who can see my journal notes?
Only you. Notes, small actions and mood marks are stored encrypted; our team cannot see them in the administration panel. You can delete any entry, or your whole account, at any time.
